Pošto sam veliki ljubitelj kulinarstva želela bih da sa vama podelim nekoliko recepata koji će vam veoma prijati u ove vrele letnje dane.
Potrebno je:
3 patlidžana
2 kriške starog hleba
2 jajeta
100 g parmezana
čen belog luka
malo seckanog peršuna
3 kašike prezli
ulje, so, biber po ukusu
Priprema:
Patlidžan iseckajte na kockice i kuvajte 15 minuta. Izvadite, dobro ocedite, ohladite i dobro izgnječite. Smesi od patlidžana dodajte dobro isceđen hleb koji je bio natopljen u mleku, jaja, parmezan, seckani beli luk, prezle, zatim sve dobro promešajte i ostavite da odstoji u frižideru 30 minuta. Od ohlađene smese pravite loptice i pecite u vrelom ulju dok ne porumene.
